Primavera’s housing programs are meant for people and families who:Have been clean and sober for at least 90 days prior to program application.Commit to staying clean and sober for the duration of their residency.Can pay deposits, rent and other program fees.Will submit an application and be interviewed prior to acceptance and move-in.Will actively participate in individual service planning and abide by all program rules and regulations.Have no sex offense convictions or outstanding warrants
Comment from Vee VanderSanden: I would like to look into space for my son Graham Christian who is homeless and a recovering addict. I understand rent is 30% of income. He is currently seeking employment but it is a challenge without a home. I propose paying the first month for him to get a start. I’ve read the article and understand the dorm style living. It appears you have a mature population; my son is nearing 40. I think he would bring positive energy to the community and he would benefit from the stable surroundings and perhaps the wisdom of some who live there. Thank you. Vee VanderSanden
