St. Ann's provides emergency placement and short-term residential care for infants and young children, ages two days through twelve years, who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned. Our goal for each child is to offer a caring, comfortable, and reassuring environment and to provide services based on a complete assessment of the child's physical, emotional, developmental, and educational needs. Each year, the program serves approximately 200-250 children.

St. Ann's Teen Mother-Baby Program provides a supportive environment for pregnant teens and young mothers while they continue their education or job training. Comprehensive services help prepare residents for responsible parenting and independent living.

Faith House is a transitional housing program for young single mothers. Its mission is to prepare young mothers to become self-supporting, effective parents and responsible citizens. Housed on the grounds of St. Ann's Infant and Maternity Home, Faith House offers eight furnished,one-bedroom apartments with a common kitchen and other shared facilities.
