Spring Street Transitional Housing--The Spring Street Transitional Housing Program provides housing and support services to homeless adults with a mental illness. Residents live in one of 7 single-occupancy rooms, each with a sink, medicine cabinet, and refrigerator. Other facilities are shared. There is 24-hour staffing, two meals per day, laundry facilities, and a pay phone for personal use. Residents are considered tenants and are required to pay rent according to HUD requirements. The purpose of the program is to assist each resident to gain the skills and stability necessary to move from homelessness into long-term, stable, permanent housing with the support services appropriate to their needs.

YAIL is a collaboration between the Mental Health Association of San Mateo County and Caminar. MHA owns and maintains the facility; program services are offered by Caminar. The site includes three apartments, each with two bedrooms. The program provides young adults with mental illness the support and assistance necessary to participate in community activities at the highest level of independence possible

Belmont Apartments Belmont Apartments are accepting applications for tenancy. The apartment complex is home to an MHA-owned and operated supported housing program. Residents live in one of 24 single-occupancy studio apartments. There are shared common areas for group activities and support services provided on-site as well. The program provides adults with mental illness the support and assistance necessary to participate in community activities at the highest level of independence possible.

The Burlingame Apartment Program is an MHA-owned and operated supportive housing program. Residents share one of five apartments with 2-3 bedrooms. Each resident has his or her own bedroom. The program provides adults with mental illness the support and assistance necessary to fully participate in community activities at the highest level of independence possible.

Hurlingame House is an MHA-owned and operated supportive housing program. Residents share a family-style home with 6 bedrooms. Each resident has his or her own bedroom.
