New Creation Bridge Housing Program:A long-term transitional housing program designed to offer support services for single women and mothers. This will give them time to make the adjustment from supportive to interdependent living. They are given the opportunity to stabilize their financial futures and become healthy self-supporting members of the community. This program provides a time for personal growth in their faith in Christ; build relationships within the Christian community; and learn to love themselves as Christ loves them.

Temporary Senior Foster Care:A 11-bed program for men 55 and older, who are alone and in need of a support system. Many of these men are York Countians and many do not have an alcohol problem. These men pay for their care from pensions, disability income and other limited resources.

This program provides a structured environment for consumers who need to learn skills for community living. Group homes provide maximum supervision and apartments give moderate and/or minimum levels of care.

CHIPP:This program, a partnership between three agencies: the York/Adams MH/MR Program, Wellspan Behavioral Health Services, and Bell, provides residential services for 35 consumers with serious mental illness who were previously long-term patients (2 + years) at Harrisburg State Hospital.

This program allows consumers to get out of their house for some recreation. Bell offers activities three nights per week and on weekends. Socializing opportunities are also available at the Drop-In Center evenings and weekends

Bell’s Bridge Housing program allows a longer-term option (up to one year for qualified candidates), providing more time for homeless families to hone basic living skills, getting them on track for successful independent living
