Details: Hamilton Family Transitional Housing Program – in collaboration with the San Francisco Dependency Drug Court, Behavioral Health Court, and the Child Welfare Program – offers 20 high-needs families interim housing with comprehensive support services for up to 18 months. The Transitional Housing Program provides families the time they need to identify and begin to address the multiple barriers and factors that contribute to their chronic homelessness, and helps families improve budgeting, parenting, and other life skills while preparing for economic and housing stability.
