Details: LifeWorks Family Program is the only program of its kind in the area providing both emergency and transitional living programs for families for up to two years. Comprised primarily of single mothers with young children, the program also serves single fathers and two-parent families. The program is located at our Center for Children and their Families where the people we serve have access to over a dozen services through other social services agencies located on site. The Family Program is structured similar to dormitory style living with a shared kitchen, bathrooms and living room with private bedrooms.
