Details: The Transitional Housing program is a 24-bed comprehensive program designed to assist homeless families and single women achieve the skills and abilities to live independently. Participants are addressed from a strengths perspective and focus is placed on what they want to accomplish, what skills/resources they possess and what attributes make them unique individuals. This program lasts up to two years.
