Details: Cottage Avenue Community is a transitional housing program for homeless families in Baltimore, Maryland. Founded in 2000, Cottage Avenue Community is located in the Park Heights neighborhood of Baltimore City and has a capacity to serve 15 families at a time. The neighborhood setting in which the program is located helps families integrate into the community and develop positive, supportive relationships with other families nearby.
