Details: Twenty-four transitional housing units are operated by the Drop Inn Center with on-site supportive services. These residences provide an important first step in helping a person transition from homelessness to permanent housing – average stay ranges from 6-24 months. During this time, Engagement Specialists work to develop individual action plans that enhance each client’s life skills and best prepare him or her for obtaining – and maintaining – permanent housing.
