Details: Center provides transitional shelter services and hotel vouchers for homeless individuals and families, as well as one-bedroom apartment living with coordinated services for disabled seniors who were previously homeless. Another component of the center offers housing and supportive care for higher-functioning adult males with mental disabilities.
