Details: The Hollybrook Apartments complex is a HUD Section 8 apartment community for people living with disabilities. The complex is located just south of the Villa’s main campus, at the intersection of Brook Road and Villa Park Drive. The complex consists of two developments, Hollybrook I and Hollybrook II, and each has 30 units.

How are you doing today? I pray that you are doing well and that you are having a blessed day. Anyway, I was wondering if you have any apartments available for rent. I have a very reliable income. I have a documented disability, so I receive SSI as well as a disability check. My disability will, more than likely not be going anywhere. Lol. I have a mental illness. I have been told that I supposedly don't have autism However, I was diagnosed with HFA ( High-functioning Autism). This took place in 2015, when I was 27 years of age. I have the medical documents, to prove it. If you don't believe me, you can call the college I attend. I, just, happen to attend J. Sargeant Reynold's at the downtown campus. I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, as well. I am living in a high-rise called Dominion Place. To be frank, this place is a fire hazard. The elevators break down ALL too often. What about people can't take the stairs because of a disability? Not to mention, people have been known to walk the hallways at night and knock on people's doors, trying to sell stuff, looking for other people.... you name it! Did I mention these are RANDOM visiting people that come in from the outside general public, just at random- TOTAL strangers! Needless to say, I don't feel safe, in my OWN home. Would you happen to have ANY apartments, available for rent? If so, could you please consider renting me one of them? All I need is a one-bedroom apartment, if you don't mind.
