A two-year Transitional Living Program to assist homeless young women and their children to achieve stability in their lives by providing them with a stable home and intensive support services . There is an after-care component to sustain the family’s stay in permanent housing.

The Group Home provides residential services for young men between the ages of 16 and 21. Transitional living services include employment related services, laundry, cooking, and maintaining their personal space appropriately.  These boys receive 10-15 hours of Case Management Services weekly.
