The Discipleship Track is designed with emphasis on the spiritual with some referrals to other community agencies. It takes 12-18 months to complete. |

The Light House Mission offers a long-term, 12-month recovery program to men and women suffering from alcoholism, drug abuse, and various emotional problems. This program provides a 10-step program in a structured environment that allows the person to progress through the recovery process with the guidance of a caring staff. The program deals with the acceptance of their circumstance and condition, and moves through an understanding that God and God alone can restore to them the life that has been forfeited. |

United Caring Shelters - Transitional Housing Evansville, IN - 47708 (812) 422-0297 At United Caring Shelters, we have a two year Transitional Housing Program designed for those who are highly motivated to leave homelessness behind and return to independent living in the community. Utilizing 21 studio apartments on the third and fourth floors of our facility, we provide a residential setting with intensive Case Management, support and encouragement. Each apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. Each program participant is required to be employed and the rent is based on his income. The rent may be subsidized with HUD Section 8 Project based vouchers through the Evansville Housing Authority. |

The housing consists of group home living for the first 3-6 months in the program, followed by a two-bedroom apartment. Families can stay at LTHC for approximately 18 months, while they work to become self-sufficient. Each family pays rent, which is based on their income and circumstances. |

The housing is in a former nursing home facility, which allows each client their own furnished bedroom, and shared bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The O'connor House (for Pregnant Women & Children) Carmel, IN - 46082-1061 (317) 844-9562 The O’Connor House accepts single, pregnant women over the age of 18 who are homeless and experiencing crisis. Women may stay for a period up to 18 months during her pregnancy and afterwards. |

Third Phase Noblesville, IN - 46060 (317) 773-5100 Shelter for clients is provided in two forms. The largest capacity exists for providing emergency shelter for both single women and single men. These areas are physically in different areas/floors of the home. Beds exist to handle up to 66 individuals. Emergency shelter is provided for up to thirty days. In addition, there is a separate housing unit on the property used to provide transitional housing to those qualifying women who need the additional support to move from an emergency shelter situation to independent living. The qualifying individuals can reside in this housing unit for up to one year with timing dependent upon the individual’s situation. |
