We offer rent assistance for one year, plus ongoing case management to help those enrolled stay on track with their financial, employment and education goals. |

This is a short term transitional house and families length of stay will be two to three months. The families will continue to work with the Family Stabilizer Counselor while in this transition. |

Program participants reside in their own home, but have access to social worker. During an average year, Welcome Home will serve 30 to 35 people. Typically, one third of the total served are adults and two thirds are children. |

It was determined that PSP should own a single, larger location near the city's core. In the fall of 1997, PSP embarked on a capital campaign and purchased a building at 614 S. 3rd Street, in downtown Minneapolis. |

PAH's Liberty Homes and Apartments Program serves over 30 people, and, though most are single adults, the program also accommodates families when possible. |
