Details: Welcome Home provides long-term transitional housing (up tp 24 months) for homeless, near-homeless and low income individuals and families. Program participants reside in their own home, but have access to social worker. During an average year, Welcome Home will serve 30 to 35 people. Typically, one third of the total served are adults and two thirds are children.
