Details: The CRT Supportive Housing Collaborative provides housing subsidies and support management services for homeless families referred from shelters in the Greater Hartford region. Assistance includes case management, life skills training, employment and education, substance abuse counseling, mental health counseling and groups in areas such as money management, parenting skills, etc. Length of stay in the program is up to two years.
