Details: Transitional Housing:This is a temporary residency for men for up to 24 months while preparing them for independent living. Men in this program must be committed to being drug free. Supportive services include: case management, individual/group substance abuse treatment, job training and employment referrals, and housing referrals.Clients are referred from various sources, including churches, treatment programs, emergency shelters, and walk-in homeless. This program is funded by the City of Detroit
