Details: Many of the families served by this project have lived in more than one emergency shelter as they wait for a space in transitional housing to become available. We operate a variety of locations across the region serving different needs for different lengths of time. Each family meets with their assigned family advocate weekly to work on a self-sufficiency plan; setting and reaching goals. The goal of the program is for the family to exit to stable, permanent housing.
