The two buildings are located in Belltown at 2nd and Battery, just a few blocks south of the Seattle Center and the Space Needle. Both buildings share an onsite maintenance person, an enclosed courtyard and laundry room. Each has a secure entry. Studio units are on three floors of each building and have a bathroom and a full kitchen.

YWCA Housing responds directly to the crisis of homelessness. More than half of the residents in our 613 permanent units were homeless before they came to live in YWCA housing.
