Details: The goal of the Stewart Community Home (SCH) is to provide a safe haven for a very special needs population of the Chattahoochee Valley.Â That special needs population consists of chronically mentally ill, physically disabled, and elderly individuals who are homeless and do not qualify for other agency assistance.
