Details: Shelter Plus Care (S+C) Through the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health's Shelter Plus Care Family and Single Adult Programs, Westhab provides up to five years of subsidized housing (with assistance in obtaining other, long-term housing subsidies) as well as case management and life-skills assistance.
