Details: HORIZONS provides permanent housing to 25 single men and women in a single room occupancy (SRO) apartment complex. HORIZONS residents must apply through North Dakota Housing Finance Agency in order to be deemed eligible for residency. Residents pay 30% of their gross income (up to $400) for monthly rent and must sign a one year lease. HORIZONS is a security building that has an on-site resident manager and is within close walking distance to Ruth Meiers Hospitality House and all of our supportive services.
