Details: Complicated, long-term health issues make it difficult for many homeless people to transition into stable housing and maintain it. Our Supportive Living Program focuses on providing clients with the opportunity and resources to better equip themselves for life after Interfaith House. Case Managers open doors to services such as job training, education and financial benefits. This longer-term respite residency offers extended stays at Interfaith House to ensure clients receive the support necessary to maintain stable housing while managing a long term illness or disability.
